Selling on autopilot
- Floor price: Offers above it are accepted instantly, even at night. Below it the system sends a counter-offer without revealing the limit.
- Price suggestion: For every domain, from extension, length, structure and your past sales.
- Auction: Starting price, hidden reserve, buy now until the first bid, second chance for the runner-up.
- Lease-to-own: Every instalment is paid out immediately. If the buyer stops paying, the domain comes back and you keep the instalments.
- Consignment: We sell in our own name; you receive your net price and stay anonymous.
- Descending auction: The price decreases in fixed steps until someone accepts, and never below your limit. For inventory you want to move.
What you set individually per domain
- Who bears the escrow fee: You, the buyer, or both in equal parts. Per domain and per package individually, not once for everything.
- Escrow Plus: Remain anonymous. The marketplace sells in its own name, you receive a credit, your name appears nowhere. For this 3 percentage points markup.
- Sale price public: Completed sales appear in the public list with domain, amount, and month, never with your name. Those who don't want this can disable it.
- Custom purchase agreement: Nine sections as a template, each individually replaceable with your own text. What you change is your text; the document states that it is yours.

To prevent a sale from failing
- Registry check: Expiration date, registrar, and locks of each domain are checked daily. You see what expires in two weeks before the buyer notices it.
- Ongoing verification: If a domain changes owner or drops from your zone, we remove it from the marketplace instead of continuing to offer it.
- Pre-purchase verification: When someone clicks Buy, we check once more. Better a purchase that doesn't begin than one that doesn't end.
- DNS confirmation: For larger amounts, you confirm the sale with an entry in your zone. The amount is encrypted within it, not in plaintext.
Money and documents
- Payout to your account after confirmed transfer, several payout accounts possible.
- Credit note as PDF after every sale: proceeds, commission, payout.
- The marketplace invoices the buyer, with VAT by country.
- One-time identity check by upload, two-factor login for your account.
