Packages and Entire Portfolios

Sell multiple domains as a single transaction, also by operation of law from a proceeding.

A package is a collection of your own domains with a price, a page in the marketplace and a single escrow transaction. Designed for inventories that nobody buys individually: all extensions of a name, a thematic block, an entire portfolio.

A package needs at least two domains to appear in the marketplace. As long as a sale is running, it can no longer be changed.

Approval Reserve

If the sale depends on the approval of a third party, check the box and write down whose approval and by when. Both are shown openly on the package page and in the contract, so the buyer knows in advance. The purchase price remains in escrow until approval; if someone refuses, it is returned.

Sale by Operation of Law

For administrators and liquidators who do not act as owners, but by operation of law.

Information For
Debtor (company) Contract heading and billing address
Court, case number the transaction line in the contract
Resolution or authorization document PDF, JPG or PNG up to 8 MB, not publicly available
Address, VAT ID number, country of the debtor the invoice is made out to the estate, not to you

Only with confirmed proof may such a package be placed in the marketplace. Each new submission resets the review. Two things change with this: The invoice is made out to the debtor, represented by you, and the purchase contract receives the version without representations, with the proceeding and the approval reserve as a separate section.

Offers on a Package

A package offer is simpler than a negotiation over a single domain: an amount, a message, a yes or no. No counteroffer, no chatbot. When accepting, the package goes into escrow and all other offers are rejected with an explanation. When rejecting, you can provide an explanation, which the interested party will see.

What Happens at Conclusion

One transaction for all domains, one register check per domain, one zone transfer per domain, and at conclusion all switch together to the buyer's account. No price is distributed to the individual domains: payment was made for the package, and any distribution would be a figure that nobody agreed to.
